    1- Mango salsa bites (with avocado and goat cheese served in a golden pastry)
    2- Shrimp cocktail
    3- Homemade hummus with pita bread and vegetables
    4- Grilled shrimp with melon and pineapple salsa, served with a French baguette
    5- Jerk spiced chicken wings
    6- Bite-sized chocolate truffles or eclairs (served on the afternoon sail home)
